My first day in the office is May 19th
As a late-identified neurodivergent therapist, I specialize in supporting young adults (18+) as they navigate the challenges of healing, self-discovery, and building authentic, fulfilling lives. I wholeheartedly believe that you are the expert in your own life, and our work together is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My approach blends a strengths-based perspective, psychodynamic methods, humanistic principles, cognitive therapy techniques, and a focus on cultivating self-compassion in both thought and practice. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, relationships, and emotions influence your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We’ll examine how early relationships shape your sense of safety and connection, uncovering patterns that may impact your current relationships. Therapy with me is about gaining insight, letting go of what no longer serves you and growing into the person you want to be. My style is open, authentic, warm, non-judgmental, curious, engaged, and compassionate. I strive to create an environment that is welcoming and affirming of people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals across various settings. My work has focused on helping adults with persistent mental illnesses and substance misuse, as well as those in need of crisis stabilization services. I’ve also had the privilege of working within private and public school systems, providing compassionate care to young adolescents and teens navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Lastly, my recent experience working in a college counseling center has provided me with valuable skills to assist adults in navigating academic pressures, life transitions, identity exploration, and mental health concerns. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating life’s many transitions, I am here to help you find your path to wellness. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
