I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and live a more fulfilling life. I have a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to counseling. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to help you on your path toward healing and self-discovery. I have experience in several settings including university counseling centers, Veterans’ Administration, Hospitals, and Community Mental Health settings.

I provide individual counseling to adolescents (12 y/o +) and adults. I work with clients from all walks of life. I have experience working with substance use and addiction, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, relational issues, adjustment/transitions, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, physical health issues, couples, issues with identity, eating disorders, LGTBT+ concerns, and caregivers. I have a special interest in working with athletes and guiding them in their journey whether it is after sustaining an injury, improving performance, or exploring identity. I also specialize working with traumatic stress across the lifespan. Working with trauma is a delicate and deeply important aspect of my practice. I approach each individual with empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of the complexity and impact of trauma on the human experience.

I meet clients where they are, encompassing a holistic and humanistic approach. I have been trained in several evidence-based modalities, but I work from an integrative approach meeting clients’ needs based on goals, values, and strengths.

I enjoy hiking, animals, art, trying new foods, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. I also love Star Wars and Harry Potter.
