I provide individual counseling to adolescents (16 y/o+) and adults, as well as couples, marriage, and family counseling services. ​
I specialize in working with young adults, parents, athletes, providing couples, marriage, and family counseling, as well as helping clients with substance abuse, addiction, and recovery. I can help you work on personal growth, career transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, addressing issues of relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, family dynamics, strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and deepening connection. We can explore the complexities of parenting, addressing challenges of raising children, managing career pressures, overcoming personal obstacles, and maintaining healthy family dynamics. We can navigate addiction, build resilience, understand the root causes of addiction, develop healthier coping mechanisms, create sustainable change, navigate a period of recovery, support a loved one through their journey, or sustain long-term recovery. If you are an athlete, we can work on building mental resilience, managing stress, and balancing performance with personal well-being.

I have specialized training in Bowen Theory, Strategic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy to help overcome life’s challenges and strengthen relationships. I also have extensive experience working in substance use recovery courts and providing intensive in-home therapy to families and couples. I have had the privilege of supporting clients through some of life’s most difficult moments.
