I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents (13 y/o+) strengthen the resilience in their lives. I have worked with a diverse group of populations in a variety of settings over the past 14 years providing individual and group therapy. These settings include emergency services, outpatient therapy, multiple mental health treatment facilities, and an inpatient facility.
I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, men’s issues, relationship issues, stress, and addiction disorders. I also have an interest in sports psychology and helping former/current athletes with life balance and life transitions after sports or injury.

I utilize evidence-based techniques and approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, self-compassion, and motivational interviewing to assist you with healing and reaching your goals. Mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness skills, emotion regulation skills, and distress tolerance skills are all included in my work. Most importantly, from a person-centered aspect, you direct your therapy and set your goals. I will support, encourage, and help you to achieve them.
We all have experienced hard times, struggles, difficulties, and your story matters. I look forward to taking this next step with you and helping you handle life’s challenges/struggles with compassion and gratitude. We can’t always control our circumstances, but we can control our response. Therapy can help.
